• Take Route 94 West to exit 295 (Route 164).
• Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Rt 164 North and get into the left lane.
• Take the first left turn onto Ridgeview Blvd and then an immediate left onto Corporate Court.
• Follow Corporate Court past the Marriott to the Aurora Health Center.
• Enter the Health Center through the main entrance and ask for DermaTrak at the information desk.

From MADISON AND POINTS WEST

• Take Route 94 East to exit 295 (Route 164).
• Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Route 164 North.
• Proceed approximately ½ mile on Rt 164 and turn left onto Ridgeview Blvd and then an immediate left onto Corporate Court.
• Follow Corporate Court past the Marriott to the Aurora Health Center.
• Enter the Health Center through the main entrance and ask for DermaTrak at the information desk.

From WAUKESHA

• Take Route 164 North (E. North Street) past the intersection of Route 94.
• Just past the intersection of Route 94, turn left onto Ridgeview Blvd and then an immediate left onto Corporate Court.
• Follow Corporate Court past the Marriott to the Aurora Health Center.
• Enter the Health Center through the main entrance and ask for DermaTrak at the information desk.

From SUSSEX AND LANNON

• Take Route 74 South to Route 164 South.
• Follow 164 South past the intersection of Route M.
• Approximately ¼ mile past the intersection of Route M, turn right onto Ridgeview Blvd and then an immediate left onto Corporate Court.
• Follow Corporate Court past the Marriott to the Aurora Health Center.
• Enter the Health Center through the main entrance and ask for DermaTrak at the information desk.
