• Proceed eastbound on Rt. 64
• Take exit 258a
• Follow the exit ramp onto J. Clyde Morris Blvd.
• At the first light make a right turn onto Diligence Road
• Follow Diligence and take the second make a right onto Rock Landing Drive.
• Follow Rock Landing Drive for approx 1 mile to Middle Ground Blvd.
• Go through the intersection of Middle Ground Blvd and make an immediate left into the parking lot. Once in the parking lot, turn right, suite 302 is in the building directly ahead.

From Hampton, Norfolk and points east

• Proceed westbound on Rt. 64
• Take exit 258a
• Follow the exit ramp onto J. Clyde Morris Blvd.
• At the first light make a right turn onto Diligence Road
• Follow Diligence and take the second make a right onto Rock Landing Drive.
• Follow Rock Landing Drive for approx 1 mile to Middle Ground Blvd.

From Grafton, Yorktown and points north

• Proceed south on Rt. 17 (George Washington Memorial Highway)
• As you approach Newport News, the road becomes J. Clyde Morris Blvd
• Pass under Rt. 64 and move to the right lane
• At the first light after Rt 64, make a right turn onto Diligence Road
• Follow Diligence and take the second make a right onto Rock Landing Drive.
• Follow Rock Landing Drive for approx 1 mile to Middle Ground Blvd.
• Go through the intersection of Middle Ground Blvd and make an immediate left into the parking lot. Once in the parking lot, turn right, suite 302 is in the building directly ahead.
